OSKALOOSA β€” The Oskaloosa bowlers picked up a pair of wins last week over Norwalk. The boys took care of business with their best overall series of the season, winning 2,863-2,571 while the girls won 1,941-1,758.

Zach Fee led the Osky boys with his best two game set of the year, scoring a 449 series and a 237 high game.

β€œHe has worked hard and really improved with every practice and the results are paying off for him with the high scores,” Oskaloosa head coach Tony Witt said of Fee.

Gavin Higgins also had a solid day for the Indians, bowling his best games and series of the season with a 378 series and 199 game.

The girls were led by Rylee Witt, who bowled a series of 405 with a high game of 246.

Oskaloosa returns to the lanes on Friday at 2:30 p.m. when they face Newton.
