The fourth-ranked Dutch had another impressive week with Karl Miller dominating in Pella’s wins over Ankeny and Newton.
Miller led the Dutch over the defending 4A champions of Ankeny with a 68-64 victory. In that game, Miller would go for 27 points while shooting 9-of-15 from the field and 7-of-9 from three while grabbing five rebounds, three assists and one steal.
In Pella’s runaway win over Newton, Miller finished with 19 points on 7-of-11 shooting from the floor and 5-of-9 from deep with three rebounds and two assists.
On the year, Miller is 16.8 points while with shooting splits of 46.8%, 43.8% and 75% to go with 5.2 points, 2.8 assists and 1.3 steals per game.
Miller and No. 4 Pella (6-0, 3-0 LHC) return to the floor on Jan. 5 at 7:45 p.m. at Oskaloosa (1-4, 0-3 LHC).
