OSKALOOSA — Oskaloosa Public Library is taking on a program tailored to encourage early childhood reading and comprehension skills to help kids get the skills they need to succeed in school.

OTTUMWA [mdash] Richard Langstraat, 88, died October 6, 2019 at Good Samaritan Society -Ottumwa. Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Reece Funeral Home with burial in Forest Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
