Heather Maxine Rhiner, 39, of Knoxville, was booked on a charge of failure to appear.

Eric Richard Schoonover II, 26, of Hedrick, was booked on charges of possession of controlled substance schedule IV, drug tax stamp violation, possession of drug paraphernalia, and probation violation.

Brandon Michael Pettyjohn, 31, of Knoxville, was booked on a charge of first-degree harassment.

Gina Louise Villalobos, 38, of Pleasantville, was booked on charges of assault with intent to do injury and reckless driving.

Joshua Eugene Paul Allen, 32, of Pleasantville, was booked on charges of intimidate with dangerous weapon, domestic assault with weapon, and two counts of abandonment/neglect of a dependent person.

Joshua Lee Dabb, 44, of Knoxville, was booked on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Austin Charles Reed, 22, of Monroe, was booked on charges of operating while intoxicated and driving while barred.
