PELLA — The Pella Public Library invites the public to join other stitchers and handcrafters for a Stitch and Chat program in the library’s Heritage Room on Monday, May 23 at 10:30 am.
The library has offered Take and Make Stitch Meditation Kits and other stitching kits on and off for the last two years and is now providing the opportunity for people to stitch and sew together. We’ll get newcomers started and hopefully catch up with stitchers who have been sewing at home with the kits.
Those interested in learning about Stitch Meditation and those who have experience with it are all welcome. Working on another project? Bring it along and visit with us!
Kits will be provided, but please bring your own scissors and needle if you’re able.
The program is free and open to the public. Please call the Pella Library at 641-628-4268 with any questions about this or other library programs.
