PELLA — The Pella Opera House will host the return of the Missoula Children’s Theatre from Feb. 6-11 for a production and performance of “The Frog Prince.” MCT, the nation’s largest touring children’s theatre, has been touring the world for over 50 years.

Auditions will be held from 3:45-5:45 p.m. Monday, Feb. 6. Those auditioning should arrive 10 minutes early and plan to stay for the full two hours. Some of the cast members will be asked to stay for a rehearsal immediately following the auditions.

Approximately 50-60 roles are available for local students. All students, grades kindergarten through eighth grade, are encouraged to audition. No advance preparation is necessary. Most students rehearse approximately four hours and 15 minutes each day, Monday through Friday, Feb. 6-10. Performances are scheduled at the Pella Opera House at 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10 and at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 11.
