OTTTUMWA — Indian Hills Community College students pursuing a degree in one of 26 academic programs this fall may qualify for free tuition.

Students enrolling in health sciences, manufacturing, transportation and information technology programs may qualify for the Future Ready Iowa Last-Dollar Scholarship.

To be eligible, students must apply for a qualifying academic program by Aug. 1 and complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). New high school graduates must enroll full-time. Students over the age of 20 may enroll full or part-time.

Students entering the following Indian Hills academic programs may be eligible for the Future Ready Iowa Last-Dollar Scholarship.

• Clinical Laboratory Assistant

• Computer Software Development

• Dental Assisting

• Dental Hygiene

• Electronic Engineering Technology

• Electronic Technician – Lasers

• Health Information Technology

• HVAC and Refrigeration

• Medical Insurance Coding

• Medical Laboratory Technology

• Occupational Therapy Assistant

• Paramedic

• Paramedic Core

• Physical Therapist Assistant

• Practical Nursing

• Radiologic Technology

• Respiratory Care

• Surgical Technology

• Welding Technology
