Sabers still undefeated after shutout of Indians

Oskaloosa had a tough task on its hands Friday night when it traveled 15 miles south to take on Twin Cedars. undefeated and the top-ranked team in Class 1A.
The Indians didn’t let the Sabers have anything easy as Hunter Embray hit a two-run home run and Collin Still had an RBI as Twin Cedars toppled Oskaloosa 3-0.
The Indians had three hits in the game — all singles — and didn’t draw a walk from Sabers pitchers Coy Moore and Otis Roby.
The Sabers had five hits in the game and Oskaloosa hurlers Nick Rutledge and Travis Gile also did not issue a single walk.
Embray hit his home run in the third inning while Still’s RBI hit came in the sixth.
