OSKALOOSA — Brandon Beasley has become the star on one of the NAIA's best teams and his efforts last week earned him another Midwest Collegiate Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week award Monday.

Beasley, now a three-time winner, helped William Penn (12-0) to four more wins (three with at least 127 points).

The senior averaged 17.5 points, 8.0 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 1.8 blocks, and 1.8 steals. He reached double figures in all four victories, including posting career highs in points (26) and rebounds (17) in Sunday’s win over Grinnell. During the stretch, Beasley shot 63.4 percent from the floor, 73.7 percent from the line, and 66.7 percent from behind the arc.

For the year, Beasley is averaging 16.8 points and 7.7 rebounds in addition to 43 assists, 22 steals, and 18 blocks. He is shooting 55.3 percent overall and owns a 67.2 percent clip from the charity stripe.
