OHS drama students to perform “A Christmas Carol”

OSKALOOSA —

Oskaloosa High School drama students gave their classmates a sneak peak at their latest play, “A Christmas Carol,” at George Daily Auditorium Wednesday.

OHS drama students of Troupe 228 are performing the Charles Dickens classic Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at George Daily Auditorium.

Director Jessica Weinreich said the drama students performed the first five scenes of the play for their classmates twice on Wednesday.

Weinreich said between 25 and 30 students are participating in the play, and that is not counting the technical theater class members who worked on the sets.

“I have looked forward to doing this show for a long time,” Weinreich said.
