OSKALOOSA — Jeremy Jennenga, a local artist, is displaying his artwork in the Foyer Gallery at the William Penn Library for the month of May.
This display will be available for viewing during regular library hours.
Jeremy received an AA from Indian Hills Community College with a focus on art. His artistic focus is primarily in painting and tattoos. Jeremy tends to run towards the abstract. As a child he never understood why he looked at things differently than others. As an adult he was diagnosed with ADHD, Jeremy feels ADHD is a help and not a hindrance. He has discovered that his unique way of seeing things is not only acceptable, but tends to speak to others as well. He is currently self-employed as a tattoo artist and marketing his paintings.
The Fine Arts and Cultural Events of Mahaska Organization will be sponsoring a reception so come and meet Jeremy on May 16, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Foyer Gallery. The community is welcome to attend and view his work. If you would like more information about Jeremy, contact him at email@example.com or on Facebook.
